Privacy policy
FullGlow by Souna is a home beauty studio in Laval, Quebec. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how you can see it or have it deleted.
Person in charge of personal information
Hasna, owner of FullGlow by Souna, is responsible for protecting personal information. You can reach her on WhatsApp or Instagram (see “Contact” below).
What we collect
When you book online: your name, and the phone number, email address and note you choose to give, along with the treatment, date, time and language of your appointment.
We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies for visitors. Our host may briefly keep technical logs (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
Only to manage your appointment: to confirm it, reach you if something changes, and keep a history of your visits so treatments suit you. We never sell or rent your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the studio owner can see your information. It is stored on the private server that hosts this website.
If the studio’s Google Calendar is connected, your appointment details (treatment, name, phone, email and note) are also copied to a private Google calendar belonging to the owner. Google may store this data outside Quebec, where it is protected by safeguards comparable to those required by Quebec law.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those conversations are also governed by Meta’s policies.
Google data
This website connects to the owner’s Google account only to: (1) create a “FullGlow bookings” calendar and add, update or remove appointments in it; (2) see when she is busy in her main calendar, without reading what her events are, so those times are not offered.
This data is used only for scheduling appointments. It is never shared, sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection can be removed at any time from the site’s admin or in the Google account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client, and no longer than three years after your last appointment, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. We reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
